The station is owned by Vaughan Media,LLC; Nexstar Media Group,which owns Dayton-licensed NBC affiliate WDTN (channel 2),operates WBDT under a local marketing agreement (LMA). The two stations share studios on South Dixie Drive in Moraine (with a Dayton mailing address). However,master control and some internal operations for WBDT and WDTN are based within centralcasting facilities of former sister station WISH-TV in Indianapolis,Indiana. There is no separate website for WBDT; instead,it is integrated with that of sister station WDTN.
