It is licensed to Weslaco,Texas,with studios located on East Expressway (I-2/US 83) in Weslaco and transmitter in Santa Maria,Texas. It is owned by the Manship family of Baton Rouge,Louisiana through Mobile Video Tapes,Incorporated which often does business as KRGV-TV Corporation. KRGV is available as digital channel 5 and high definition channel 875 on Time Warner Cable. KRGV is also available on channel 5 in both standard definition and high definition on DirecTV and Dish Network
