Is free trial available for the product?

Yes, we do have a 14-day free trial, which will allow you to use all the features of Wizikey, except for the Wizikey Media Database.

What is the difference between Workflow Management and Database Access?

The Workflow Management or WiziDo is the platform to use in Wizikey which allows the users to send campaigns, keep a track of their success and build on the same for their overall PR management. The Database access is an additional product that can be added to WiziDo to make sure that you are targeting all the relevant journalists.

Why should I pay for only Workflow Management if I can’t access the Wizikey Database?

The Workflow Management allows you to use the Wizikey Platform along with all its features, to send your pitches to your personal contacts. Even though you cannot access Wizikey’s database of journalists, you are entitled to use all the features of the tool, including the BrandBox, the Campaign Report and tracking of the campaigns that you send out to your journalists.

How many pitches can I send with only Workflow Management?

Access to Workflow Management allows the user to send unlimited pitches to the personal contacts of the user. Pitching through Workflow Management does not allow the user to pitch to the contacts in the Wizikey Database. For that, you need to have separate access to the Wizikey Database.

How many pitches can I send with access to 1 Wizikey Database?

Only 1 pitch can be sent through access to 1 Wizikey Database. However, If you have access to Workflow Management, you can send unlimited pitches to your personal contacts without using the database.

How many database accesses can I buy at one go?

At one go, you can buy separate bundles of Database access depending on your requirements. We have plans for 1,3,6 and 12 Accesses. For further customization, you can contact the admin.

What help related to content is provided on Wizikey?

Wizikey suggests its users about the flow that should be followed when you are sending out a press release or pitching an opportunity to any journalist. There is also a backend check in place for Grammar and Language correction, which are a part of the workflow management subscription. The end to end content generation is part of the enterprise solution of Wizikey and you can contact the admin for details of the same.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For Workflow Management, credit card credentials are required as it is a subscription-based recurring service, so payment has to be deducted on a monthly basis or at the term of expiration. Furthermore, for database access, all digital payment methods(UPI, Paytm, Net banking etc) are accepted as it is a one-time purchase. For any further queries/confusion feel free to contact us.

What do I do if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any point of time before it is renewed.

How do I keep track of the number of database accesses I have left?

All details, including the number of database accesses left, are mentioned and available on the profile of the user. Profile can be accessed by clicking on the avatar of the user
