1. Add a Reporter Functionality
We’re adding more customization fun with our new “Add a Reporter” box! Now, you can easily add reporters just like you add stories in Trends.
Here’s how it works:
– The fields will be blank, ready for you to fill in all the details
– Once an admin approves the submission, you can go ahead and send them your first pitch!
2. “Last Updated On” Tags for Reporters
Keeping up with the ever-changing world of reporters and journalists can feel like chasing a whirlwind- we get it. That’s why we’ve introduced the ‘Last Updated On <Date>’ tag! It’s your personal timestamp for freshness. Whenever we update a profile within the last three months, this handy tag pops up to let you know it’s current. Stay in the loop with the latest updates at your fingertips!
3. Cleaner Inboxes with Auto Replies Exclusion
Sifting through auto-reply emails can be frustrating. That’s why we’ve added a new default filter in your inbox to exclude these auto replies. The exclude filter will be automatically selected when you open your inbox, so you can focus on the emails that matter most.
4. Bounce Rate Information
Now, you can track the bounce rate for each pitch and campaign right on your dashboard. This valuable metric will help you refine your strategies and boost engagement with your audience. Just log in, go to your ‘Analytics’ dashboard, and start analyzing!
